Substitution Policy AND Holiday Substitution
We will do our best to fill your order as closely as possible, however, substitutions of the item shown may be made of colour or choice of flowers/plants, containers, etc., due to availability. For example, if tulips or peonies are out of season, we use similar sizes or colours to keep with the design.
Bad Weather Policy
Same-day delivery will not be available during holidays and in bad weather conditions. Safety is our primary concern.
